We take cattle from Parker County for full USDA-inspected harvest and fabrication, at one flat fee of $850 for a whole animal or $450 for a half, with cut and wrap, vacuum sealing, and your weight report already included.
Because we run under federal inspection rather than custom-exempt, beef processed here can be legally sold by the cut: at farmers markets, to restaurants, or direct to your customers. If you’re building a brand in Parker County, that distinction matters.
Turnaround is 2–3 weeks from drop-off, which includes a full 14-day aging period.
From the Weatherford square take FM 51 north about 18 miles straight into Springtown, then east on Hwy 199. From Azle or Aledo it is closer still: Azle is 10 minutes west on 199.
Parker County is where the plant lives, and it is also the county that has kept the most small cow-calf outfits inside the DFW growth ring. Most of our processing customers are within twenty minutes: family herds around Peaster and Poolville, show families out of Weatherford and Springtown schools, and Aledo and Azle folks running a few head on ten to forty acres. The PCLIA Parker County Stock Show is held in early June at the Parker County Showgrounds on Mineral Wells Highway, which makes Parker County unusual: our show steers come in summer, not winter.
