If you sell halves and wholes to your own buyers, here is how it works with us.
Sell halves and wholes to your buyers
A whole on one cut sheet is $850. If you sell by the half, each half is $450 with its own cut sheet, so a whole split into two halves is $900. Each buyer gets their half cut the way they want it.
Collecting cut sheets
The easiest way is for you to collect a cut sheet from each buyer. If you need help, we can help you collect them.
Due at drop-off
- All cut sheets. One for each half.
- Payment for processing. Cash, check, or card.
- Documents for any label claims you want on the package. That’s the only paperwork. No brand papers or health certificates needed.
Sell anywhere under USDA inspection
All of our processing is done under USDA inspection. None of it is custom-exempt. Your buyers can be families, grocery stores, or commercial distributors.
We handle label approval. Claims that need USDA label approval carry a small added charge. Claims approved in-plant do not. Commercial extras like private label design and barcodes are quoted per project.

When the beef is ready
Plan on 2–3 weeks from drop-off. We’ll text whoever is responsible for picking up the order. Pickup is at the plant, Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

Call (817) 404-7405 or stop by to schedule. One animal can usually get in the same week. Groups of 10 or more may take longer, so call early.
