About

Ranchers first: the family behind our Springtown beef plant

We're ranchers before we're processors. The Burtnett family has been in the cattle business in Springtown, Texas, for four generations.

Why we built a plant

We started a beef company. Along the way we ran into the same processing problems a lot of ranchers deal with. So we built this plant to fix them.

Today our family also runs Parker County Beef Company, a nationwide e-commerce beef company.

Your cattle get the same care as ours

The plant processes several hundred of our own cattle every year. Your animal gets the same attention to detail and care that we give our own cattle and our own beef customers every day.
