Parker County Beef Processing is a USDA-inspected plant, Est. 2918, in Springtown, Texas.

All processing is under USDA inspection

We process every animal under USDA inspection. We do not do custom-exempt processing. It doesn’t matter if the beef is going to your freezer or to a buyer. It all goes through the same inspected process.

USDA inspects each animal alive at the plant before processing. That’s why you don’t need brand papers or a health certificate at drop-off.

Sell your beef anywhere

Because it’s USDA inspected, you can legally sell beef processed here anywhere. That includes:

  • Grocery stores
  • Commercial distribution
  • Buyers of halves and wholes

Processing for ranchers who sell beef

We handle label approval

You can put any valid claim on your label. We handle all the label approval for you.

  • Claims we can approve in-plant have no added charge.
  • Claims that need USDA label approval have a small added charge to cover the process.
  • Commercial extras like private label design and barcodes are quoted per project.

Bring the documents that back up your claims when you drop off. That’s the only paperwork we need.
